Senior Policy Research Associate
Nicole's work focuses on strengthening early childhood systems and services, particularly for young children with disabilities and multilingual learners. Most recently, Nicole was a program analyst with the Part C early intervention team in Washington D.C., where she led a developmental screening initiative for early childhood programs. She has also provided research, analysis, and technical assistance as a policy analyst at New America and supported program evaluation at The Primary School, an integrated health and education school in East Palo Alto, California.
Nicole is a proud product of California's public school system and holds bachelor's and master's degrees from UC Berkeley.
